Computer Software can be frustrating, the Help menu's often cause more confusion due to their computer speak!

Maybe you are taking the European Computer Driving Licence, or maybe you have a copy of MS Office at home 

and want to play with it!

It is very rewarding to help new or inquisitive users of MS Office, and we offer a home service at only £25 per hour,

(plus travel if over 15 miles away from Matlock)

Generally users provide us with a list of software related questions and we come along and demonstrate the solution 

and mentor and practice it with the user, generally this leads to further questions, which is great.

Specifically we are experts in MS Office, (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) but we also can also help with hardware,

system administration and other software such as email etc
