Stock Management and Sales Analysis System in MS Excel

This system is suitable for a retailer who sells a low volume of unique stock items such as an Art Gallery or an Antique shop.
All you need is a PC, a copy of MS Excel and a printer!
- Bar Code Systems are price restrictive, heavily rely on hardware and not all products are bar coded, for example a
a unique work of Art or a piece of Craft.
- The reconciling of till receipts to specific sales is very time consuming, not very "scientific" and is naturally prone
   to potential human error.
- It is also essential for all businesses to maintain effective sales and stock records and to be able to analyse
their sales to maintain profitability, accurately pay suppliers, record/maintain stock incoming/returns etc

The system works by using manually generated stock codes for every product, these could be generated from suppliers
codes etc. These codes are the key to the whole system:

Sales Vouchers Workbook: Typing in the stock code displays the product description and price.
The system totals up the whole transaction up to as many products as are sold
The system generates a unique sales invoice number based on that day's date
The Sales Voucher can be quickly printed off, one for the customer and one for the records
All Sales are recorded on a separate Worksheet to be later transferred to the Stock Database

Stock Database Workbook:	This holds the records of every item of Stock. View Example Daily Sales Analysis
It also holds the details of every transaction, which have been automatically transferred from
			 the Sales Voucher Workbook.
The Stock Database can then be used:-
1, Automate Banking procedures inc VAT calculations etc
			2, Maintain Supplier payments
			3, Maintain Sales Information
			4, Maintain Stock information
5, Profitability, Performance and many other levels of analysis can be easily
			    derived from the data.
