Our ethos, because we have met many "consultants" in our time.......

We do have a couple of regular clients who have very complex datasets, which require our expertise to administer but.... 

The Data Analysts do not believe in long term maintenance contracts, forcing your company into a regular expense. 

We do not want to live "in the office woodwork" for years to come so our products are kept as simple as possible and we intend 

to leave users fully confident in the future use and administration of the data system.

The price of the products is therefore based upon:-

1,  The adaptation required for your business

2, Task specific training and gentle mentoring of users of the product

Our fees are very flexible, we don't want to make millions but it is nice to be paid !

It is difficult to estimate the time required for training, as this is dependant upon the users current ability.

We have deliberately kept the systems simple and have user manuals for all. 

Any training would also be spread over a number of short "chunks" to allow the users to comfortably absorb the requirements. 

It is also very good practice to train one user and then they train others with our background support, as this reinforces that 

individuals expertise, confidence with the data and you then have a primary internal "System Administrator".
