Cost is £25 per hour, (but think of the hours of your life you should save!, and you will be in control of that computer!!). 

Travel would need to be be charged if more than 15 miles of Matlock at 40p per mile. 

(Chesterfield, Bakewell, Matlock, Ashbourne, Mansfield etc would be free)

SOME TYPICAL EXAMPLES:

1, For no reason whatsoever....it just crashes, or it "chuggs" into life and is just so slow.

3, The most common problem recently, which I have been asked to sort out is Broadband modems be they wired or wireless. Mentioning no "colourful" names but so many people have had problems with Broadband modem set ups.

Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) :

Computer Software can be frustrating, the Help menu's often cause more confusion due to their computer speak! 

Maybe you are taking the European Computer Driving License, or maybe you have a copy of MS Office at home and want to use it but it is proving frustrating. 

I am a bit of an expert in this software and find it so very rewarding to help new or inquisitive users of MS Office, and I offer a home training service. From basic to advanced.

You may want to provide me with a list of software related questions and I  come along and demonstrate the solutions and mentor and practice it with you (generally this leads to further questions, which is great). Or you just would like to "start from scratch".
